Global TA Process Architecture

End-to-end TA process architecture for a global chemicals group — harmonising inconsistent processes across 18 countries while accommodating European regulatory requirements.

The challenge

The organisation operated with 18 country-specific TA processes that shared a common ATS but no common process standards. Recruiter productivity varied by 3x across geographies. The absence of consistent SLA frameworks meant hiring managers had no reliable expectations and TA leadership had no performance baseline.

Our approach

Current-state process mapping across six representative geographies. Identification of mandatory country-specific variations (works council, GDPR, local disclosure) vs. unnecessary inconsistency. Design of a harmonised global process with defined local variation parameters. RACI design, SLA framework, and KPI architecture.

Outcome

Harmonised process adopted across all 18 countries within 9 months. Recruiter productivity variance reduced from 3x to 1.4x. Consistent SLA framework in place with reported compliance from month three.
