Do you work with small TA teams?

Yes. We work with organisations facing ATS/CRM sprawl, rushed AI roll-outs, and TA operating models under pressure — from ~50-person scale-ups running their first structured hiring process to enterprises with dedicated TA Ops teams. What matters is problem complexity, not team size.

Can you work remotely with international organisations?

All engagements are delivered remotely. Based in Germany, we support organisations across Europe and internationally. On-site workshops are available where in-person facilitation is required.

How long does a typical engagement take?

It depends on the scope. Diagnostic engagements (health checks, AI governance assessments, GDPR or EU AI Act readiness) typically run 6–10 weeks. Full operating model design engagements run 8–14 weeks. Implementation oversight runs for the duration of the programme. All of this is defined in the scoping call before any commitment.

Do you have vendor relationships with ATS or HCM platforms?

Not in any way that would create bias. We hold product certifications on specific platforms — but we earn no referral fees and have no financial relationship with any platform we may evaluate or recommend. Our certifications inform the work; they do not influence the recommendation. This is structural, not aspirational.

Yes. We specialise in stack optimisation for SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and other platforms.
