The challenge
The organisation's recruiting operation was running primarily on manual processes without a modern ATS. Growing hiring volume, increasing regulatory expectations around candidate data, and the operational burden of paper-based workflows made the status quo unsustainable. An implementation was needed that fitted the non-profit operating context and could be deployed without disrupting ongoing hiring activity.
