Full recruiting redesign and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting implementation for a German construction group — applying the same operating model-first methodology to an organisation with distributed locations and no prior ATS infrastructure.
The challenge
The organisation lacked a structured recruiting process and operated without an ATS, relying on manual coordination between hiring managers and HR across dispersed construction sites. Hiring quality and speed were inconsistent, and there was no data foundation for measuring or improving performance.

Process redesign validated before any platform configuration was commenced. SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting configured to reflect the agreed operating model. Hiring manager and recruiter enablement programme to drive adoption from day one.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting deployed across all locations. Structured process in place. Reporting baseline established for time-to-fill and offer acceptance for the first time.
