The challenge
The organisation's SmartRecruiters programme required a structured works council engagement and process design for the German entities from the start of the programme — not as a retrospective compliance step.
Our approach
Designing and leading the works council engagement in parallel with programme delivery. Producing the technical documentation and process design required for co-determination, and ensuring SmartRecruiters configuration reflects agreed terms throughout the programme.
Outcome
