Large-scale programme for one of the world's largest chemicals groups — complete overhaul of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting configuration globally, including bespoke front-end tooling for recruiter efficiency and custom Works Council integration tooling built directly into the SuccessFactors workflow.
The challenge
The organisation's SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting implementation had drifted significantly from original design intent after years of incremental changes. Recruiter productivity was constrained by interface friction. Works council processes were managed outside the platform, creating documentation gaps and approval bottlenecks. The programme required simultaneous improvement across configuration, tooling, and compliance dimensions at global scale.
Our approach
Full global configuration review and redesign. Built bespoke front-end tooling to streamline recruiter workflows and reduce ATS friction. Designed and built custom Works Council integration tooling for SAP SuccessFactors — enabling co-determination approval steps to be captured, tracked, and documented within the platform workflow. Delivered additional process fortification tooling to standardise and harden key SuccessFactors processes globally.
Outcome
