The challenge
The global rollout programme had not adequately accounted for German works council co-determination requirements. Without a structured engagement approach, the European entities risked being excluded from the rollout or going live with undocumented processes — both outcomes the works council was entitled to block.
Our approach
Joined the programme as European compliance lead. Designed and executed the works council engagement process across all affected entities. Produced the required co-determination documentation and managed the approval timeline to fit within the global programme schedule.
