The challenge
The global recruiting programme had been designed primarily around North American process standards. European localisation required redesign of core process flows to accommodate works council requirements in Germany and other European countries, GDPR-compliant data processing, and country-specific disclosure and consent requirements — without fracturing the global programme architecture.
Our approach
Managed the European stream across process variant design, country requirements, configuration, and go-live. Defined mandatory country-specific adaptations and negotiated their accommodation within the global configuration standard. Led works council engagement processes for affected European countries.
